Mind Body Vines are unparalleled in strength, flexibility and balance benefits. Each class will hold a maximum of 6 participants. This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to challenge your individual potential in a safe and effective way using natural movements and pilates principles. Using a combination of suspension straps, free weights and pilates rings, this workout will maximize results with minimal impact of wrists and shoulder load while incorporating “contrology” principles. Build a strong body from head to toe. This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced levels.
