This 200 hr. yoga teacher training will help you gain a deeper understanding of the eight limbs of yoga, advance your personal practice, develop guiding a vision, and find your voice. BareUrth is Registered Yoga Alliance school and is designed to provide you with a transformational experience. The 200 hr yoga teacher training in vinyasa style will be taught by Monique Robitaille, RRT, E-RYT and is conveniently located in Southern Maine. Whether you choose yoga teacher training to become a registered yoga teacher or for personal enrichment, this course is for you.


Monique studied yoga through the largest Yoga Alliance certified school in the world.  In addition to a lifelong background in the health and fitness industry,  Monique is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a strong anatomy and physiology background. Her experience includes development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, in collaboration with physicians, for cardiac and pulmonary patients.  She teaches yoga at her studio BareUrth and internationally. Each of Monique’s master yoga instructors studied in India among other locations and include Katie Schuve, PHD, RPYT, E-RYT 500, Tracy Jenning-Hall E-RYT 500, Amy Marshall, E-RYT 500,  Beth Shaw E-RYT 500,  Sandi Cartwright, E-RYT 500, and Taj Harris E-RYT 200. Monique has also attended Wanderlust teacher training tracks with international instructors Joan Hyman and Kia Miller, certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini. She has also studied with Jacqui Bonwell, Ame Wren, and Cristine Trayner E-RYT 500 to name a few.
Monique holds specialties in hot yoga, seniors, kids, aerial and props.
 As a 200-hour yoga teacher training student, you will learn:

200 HR training program will begin October 2017

Cost:

The 200 hr teacher training program is $2600 if  pre-paid in full.  A 5% discount will be applied  to full payments received by Aug. 31st, 2017. Payments plans can be divided over time for $2800  (as described below). A credit card will be kept on file and automatically processed monthly.

$500 non-refundable deposit required to register

$500  due Oct. 7th (start date of training)

$300/month for 6 consecutive months

Qualify to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance after successful completion of this program.
